Our Promise to You

Osteotec is committed to providing customers with products and services, which comply in all respects to their specifications and orders and which fully meet their needs and expectations.

The company shall strive to continually improve the product range offered to their customers, thus improving the standard of healthcare for patients. This may be through distributing for a third party, or developing and manufacturing itself, quality, innovative products for chosen surgical specialities.

The organisational goals are that quality shall be inherent in the products and services and that a policy of continuous improvement is maintained.

All policies and procedures relevant to quality are authorised and maintained by the Quality Manager. These policies and procedures are designed to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and the Directive 93/42/EEC.

These processes maintain the suitability of the existing system and provide a means to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and provide an effective framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

This policy is itself kept under continuous review.
